Meditations
Although meditation isn't for everyone, there are also a wide range of proven benefits to meditation, including the reduction of stress, anxiety, depression, age-related memory loss, insomnia, sensitivity to pain, and the risk of cardiovascular disease, as well as the enhancement of self-awareness, attention span, positive emotions, and discipline. Meditating can be great for the brain. Moreover, when we meditate, we can experience a deeper awareness of how the mind works. Through meditation, we can come to appreciate that we are not defined by our thoughts - it is not a metaphysical claim to say that most of us identify more with our thoughts that temporarily rise and fall in and out of consciousness, than identifying with consciousness itself, which is a constant precondition of the mind. Another way to define consciousness is Self (perhaps even God, if you choose to believe that). They all rhyme with each other. Over time, the more we practice observing and releasing our thoughts with non-attachment and self-compassion, the better we understand ourselves, and the more our neural pathways can become rewired towards acceptance, self-love, and equanimity.

Guided meditations are an important part of my service, and serve to deepen the relationship with me around the process - before, during, and after.
Mindful Breathing & Metta Meditation
This mindful breathing & metta meditation is intended to help someone prepare for an intentional psychedelic experience. It starts with a short talk before entering the practice, covering how to stay out of the head by focusing on the breath, and how to use the breath as an anchor during the psychedelic journey. The second half features a style of meditation called metta, also known as loving kindness. Practicing metta helps us to approach any potentially challenging material - in or out of the journey - with softness, curiosity, and self-compassion.
I've included the timings below in case you'd like to listen to any section separately:
